I’m Sondra. (sohn-drah)

I’m a writer, editor, interviewer, and speaker living in sunny California. I believe in the importance of writing about my existence as a neurodivergent fat, queer, Black woman with mental health challenges so that others who don’t often see their intersections and stories represented in media know that they aren’t alone.

When I’m not writing, I watch entirely too much true crime, care for my ever-growing collection of houseplants, and spend time with my beautiful wife. Almost every public thing I’ve written in the last ten years is linked above, so grab a snack and dig in! ✌🏾🤎
